My journey into fitness started fairly later in life, having being overweight and unfit for most of my adult years.
After the birth of my 2nd baby I decided it was time to grab my health and wellbeing by the horns and take back control. Through education, healthy diet adherence and finding a sport I loved, I was able to change my life. And now it’s my turn to help you.
I want to share in my knowledge, experience and passion for moving your body and to use my own personal experience as a guide to help others set clear, obtainable goals and to achieve them every step of the way. I fell in love with the journey and you can too.
