During my time in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a passion for strength training and nutrition. Whilst completing my degree in Nutrition Bioscience I learned the value of a sound nutrition plan for maximising results and I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from some of the best strength coaches in the world.
