My passion and involvement in the fitness industry spans over 30 years, with 9 years as a Pro Athlete racing Motocross in Europe, and in the years following I’ve been competing, mentoring, coaching, and sharing my skills and fitness knowledge with future Pro Motocross Athletes.
My style of Personal Training is for people of all ages who want time effective functional training, specifically personalised to their goals. If you are looking to tone, strengthen, improve flexibility, and build core strength, then with my knowledge of exercise and movement, along with my passion to motivate and inspire I will help you reach your goals with dynamic results.
I have a particular interest in rehabilitation (in my line of sport I’ve had to overcome and recover from many injuries) and in conjunction with physiotherapists I have assisted many of my clients to recover from injury or surgery.
