I have completed a lot of study in biomechanics, strength training and rehabilitation for specific injuries and sports.
To me fitness is the optimization of my mental and physiological health whilst feeling happy with my perception of self. My perception of fitness has derived a lot from my study and the importance of the things we can’t see; such as our organs, tissues, bones and muscles.
As a coach I want to help you become comfortable walking into the gym and be here to remind you of your why.
