As a Club Manager, you will get to apply a hands-on approach, leading from the front with a focus on member engagement, delivering on service standards and driving goal performance in member growth and sales. 

The Role of Club Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of the leadership group that consistently challenges the status quo and is directly responsible for the evolution of the brands operations, sales and retention strategies. Working along side your fellow Club Managers, this highly engaging and rewarding position provides an opportunity like no other, where your ideas are valued and your creative mindset is given an opportunity to ensure our brand achieves it purpose of making a difference, changing lives and building healthy communities.

As Club Manager you will be responsible and accountable for achieving net member growth targets through prudent sales management, highly engaged employees who deliver the retention strategies, controlling expenditure, exceeding customer service benchmarks while maintaining the highest possible operational standards.

The Club Manager will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, training and developing a high performance team. In addition to strong recruitment and leadership skills, the ideal candidate will be action-oriented, apply a hands-on approach to membership sales and possess a drive to exceed targets and expectations. 


  • Proven track record in Health Club/ Sales Management.
  • Experience in managing Business Social Media Accounts.
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales budgets
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training and developing a high performing sales team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in building an engaging and professional Club culture
  • Driven to operate, sell and promote an exceptional fitness facility!
  • Highly professional but fun and energetic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sales and marketing knowledge
  • Good emotional intelligence
  • An open mind for learning new skills/ways
  • A passion for making a difference, improving peoples lives and building healthy communities.
  • Available to work early mornings/evenings/weekends as required.


  • "C" Class Drivers License
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate with CPR qualification
  • Experience in supervision of staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills together with sound negotiating skills
  • Experience working with young people and possession or ability to obtain a 'Working with Children' card
  • Candidates must have a background in Health Club Management and have a passion for health and fitness.

1. What inspired you to get into the fitness industry?
Being able to work in a high energy atmosphere with like minded people all there to assist people change their lives and take on their fitness journeys.

2. What is your favourite thing about being a club manager?
No two days’s are the same, everyday is an opportunity to stark and built relationship with our member, hear their story and assist them be better in a range of different way!

3. What's your favourite exercise?!
Love a good HIIT class!

4. What's your go-to workout track?
Anything EDM mainly Swedish House Mafia, Axwell, Ingrosso or Angello. When I training at football anything that will amp us up really! - overall love all music!

5. What’s your favourite snack?
I’m a lollies fiend, but also Who doesn’t love ice cream!!

7. What’s your favourite type of training?
I love a good scrimmage at football but in the gym anything strength and agility based!

8. What’s your greatest accomplishment in life?
Visiting all 7 continents and 57 countries!

9. Are you a snooze or get up straight away kind of person?
My personalise alarm clock (Harvey) prevent any opportunity for a snooze haha, regardless I’m a get my a.... up kinda guy.

10. What would you rather…
Nutella or Peanut Butter? Nutella in pancakes with bananas only, peanut butter in smoothies only, they are the only time I would have either.

b. Coffee or Pre-workout? Coffee like 3x a day…..pre work out when I train.

c. Protein Shake or Smoothie? Protein Smoothies all the way!!!

d. Leg Day or Back and Biceps? Back and Biceps!
