Surge Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate & highly motivated Membership Consultants for our brand new Butler health club facility.

Located in Perth's CBD and Northern Corridor, Surge Fitness has established itself as one of Perth's most successful health club operators and prides itself on providing it's members with the most innovative training environment Perth has to offer!

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our club launch team and will have the opportunity to earn additional incentives and bonus throughout our exciting presale campaign.

About the Role

The Role of Membership Service Representative

MSR's are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation and securing member referrals. As an MSR, you are a Surge Fitness brand ambassador. Ideally, you will love working in promotions, at fitness expos, on-street marketing and chatting to people about their health goals! You must be passionate about health and fitness and motivate others by encouraging their potential. Reporting to the Club/Assistant Club Manager, you exceed your personal goals for yourself and the team. Since you‘re the expert on all of the club’s amenities, features and programs, you’re responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they’re maximizing their Surge Fitness experience.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is desirable.
• An entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.
• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays if required.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• WWC and Police Check

As an integral part of the Surge Family, you will:

• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Actively seek and close out sales opportunities.
• Create strong community relationships.
• Tour prospective members around our fantastic facilities.

Previous sales experience in a fast-paced, result-driven environment is desirable. We are looking for a confident individual who can inspire the general public to visit our health clubs and get started with a healthier lifestyle.

Ideally, you will love working in promotions, at fitness expos, on-street marketing and chatting on the phone about client health goals!
