Our team building events are fun and help keep you fit. We offer half day and full day events. Themes for events include- cross fit challenges, corporate fitness challenges, amazing races, survivor challenges and much more- present your ideas and we can do the rest! Is your team signed up to do an adventure run or obstacle course this year? We can provide programs to help you prep!

With our state of the art Skytu 3D body Scanner, we can provide your team with a personalised snapshot of their health and body composition. We do functional movement screening, blood pressure testing and lifestyle.
