Surge Connect Challenge has been designed to maximize results, create holistic training habits and improve lifestyle choices with a key focus on all aspects of nutrition. Connect enables our members to gain maximum fitness outcomes with live monitoring, team support and expert designed programs.

At Surge Fitness we believe in making a difference, changing peoples lives and building healthy communities. Our Surge Connect 8 x Week challenge has been developed to empower every day athletes to achieve optimum health and make lasting friendships!

The Surge Connect 8 x week challenge includes a 30-minute evaluation to establish your goals along with a physical assessment that tests your mobility, strength and current overall physical condition, and two 3D body scans valued at $150. The program itself consists of at least three training sessions a week (30 minutes each) in which you will increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and increase your mobility.

Upon signing up for this program, you will receive eight weeks access to a Surge Fitness club, nutritional support, before and after images, fitness workshops, coaching mailing list, food guide 3 x PT sessions and a strength program. The 8-week challenge also includes an S-Connect singlet and wristband!
