We consider our functional zones to be one of the most important aspects of our gyms, containing premium world-class equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals.

With the aid of our Throwdown Rig, sled tracks, battle ropes, Olympic lifting platforms and suspension training facilities you’ll soon see the results of your training. If you need that extra bit of motivation to push yourself to the limit, we have several classes that incorporate this equipment.
