I have loved sport and exercise since I was a 6 year old-playing footy, basketball and cricket. I still play in the Perth Football League and basketball when I can. I’ve experienced the transformative effects an appropriately prescribed program can have on the physical and mental state of a person. I have experienced many injuries throughout my athletic career. This led me to completing my bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise and Health at UWA. This has given me an advanced understanding of biomechanics, physiology, optimal nutrition and training strategies. Since 2015 I have coached all levels of athlete and gym goer: from elite level Netballers to 60+ year olds with knee replacements. The principles of training apply to everyone, but the methods are where the difference lies.
My programs are tailored to the individual to work around injuries, improve enjoyment and show off their strengths! I’m looking for individuals who want to optimise their performance, whether it be on the field, court, gym and ultimately in life!
