I have loved sport and exercise since I was a 6 year-old playing footy, basketball and cricket and I still play in the Perth Football League (Aussie rules).
I have experienced many injuries throughout my athletic career. This led me to completing my bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Exercise and Health at UWA. This has given me an advanced understanding of biomechanics, physiology, optimal nutrition and training strategies. Since 2015 I have coached all levels of athlete and gym goer: from elite level Netballers to 60 year olds with knee replacements. The principles of training apply to everyone, but the methods are where the difference lies.
My programs are tailored to YOU to work around injuries, improve strength, fitness, look and feel better! I’m looking for individuals who want to optimise their performance, whether it be on the field, court, gym or for their job.
