Personal Trainer
I’m a fitness professional with the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise, fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of aiding my clients in reaching their personal health and fitness goals. My job, as a personal trainer, is to play a more active role in setting my clients individual short and long term goals and mapping out a path towards achieving them. I coach every client with passion, purpose and care – for my clients, these qualities create greater impact in attaining their goals.
