Group Fitness Manager / Instructor
Shari has worked in the fitness and health world for over 15 years now. Having completed her Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness in 2008, Shari wanted to continue her fitness knowledge journey at the University of Ballarat Studying Exercise Science, Social Sciences and Bachelor of Sports Management. Shari loves the community that health and fitness can create.
Shari is a very keen runner and cyclist. Having completed lots of her own training in these sports, she has also completed coaching courses and trained clients/ athletes in these specific areas. Shari loves the enjoyment that can come from fitness and group fitness! She wants to spread as much energy and fun as she can, and what better way than teach a class to a room full of people. Shari believes if you enjoy something you will continue it, each and every day. Making exercise fun and safe is Shari’s main priority.
Shari has worked with football clubs, local government and council facilities to oversee programs, develop awareness and support staff. Shari found her real passion was in group fitness and managing group fitness programs. She enjoys working with a big group of energetic group fitness instructors to deliver group fitness to the wider community.
Shari loves racing triathlons, especially Ironman & 70.3. Since She has competed at World Championship events overseas & won the 2019 Ironman Australian championship. She qualified and raced in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii 2019.
Shari is a born and bred Geelong (Vic) girl. Since moving to Perth in September 2021 she has loved the lifestyle change and meeting lots of wonderful Perth people.
