I’m a Personal Trainer of focus, patience, commitment, sheer will & determination. Not knowing how to train was my biggest weakness when I was a teenager, once I knew how to train my training increased & my injuries decreased. I’m a big advocate for gradually losing weight as I know from experience on the effects of losing weight too quickly. I also have experience in knee injuries as I’ve recovered from my ACL injury & maintained full function & strength.
