It takes time to know your body when you train, it takes focus, patience, commitment. Before becoming a personal trainer, I made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided if I too had a trainer. Once I understood how to train, my physical fitness, mentality and well-being increased, whilst my injuries decreased.
My focus on injury prevention in my training is from my experience of a knee injury and through disciplined training methods, I recovered from an ACL injury and recovered to full function and strength.
My belief is the body is meant for training, so train to your true potential to achieve and enjoy an injury and pain-free lifestyle. My passion is to see my client’s injury free while achieving their goals and ambitions – that is my ultimate reward.
