Health & fitness has not always been a big part of my life. After being sedentary and overweight for most of my adult life, having children and working shift work for over 20 years, my health suffered negatively. I joined a gym, improved my diet, lost 30kgs and experienced so many improvements in my life that a newfound passion for health and fitness developed. Leading to a change in career direction from an ICU nurse to a personal trainer.
As a nurse, I strongly believe in taking a holistic approach to improving your health. Developing new habits, managing life stresses, changing your mindset along with incorporating exercise and nutrition are all equally important. I focus on these elements to help you achieve your goals, enabling you to implement long term sustainable habits so you’re able to live a longer healthier and happier life.
I specialise in fat loss, muscle gain, toning, female glute development, strength gains and improving your lifestyle/eating habits and mindset. All my programs are individualised and customised to suit your goals and you can expect my PT sessions to be challenging but also engaging, fun and rewarding.
