From the age of sixteen I knew that I wanted to study Sports Science at University. Many turn to a career in Personal Training because they have a love of sport, and while I did play netball, basketball and soccer, I also had a great love of human biology and continue to love seeing what the human body and the mind can achieve, especially when they work well together!
In my 16 years of experience, I have developed my philosophy towards health and wellbeing. As a mum to two boys, I recognise how important wellbeing is for parents. My job is to improve your energy levels, to recognise when you need to push hard or when you need a little fun in your session and to change the way you feel about the way you look. It is my goal for every session that you walk out feeling better than you walked in.
If you have ever had a negative fitness experience, or an issue is holding you back, please find me and come and say hi.
