I am passionate about fitness. I love to exercise and I thrive on the energy and drive that the fit life brings. Over the years I have shaped my approach to fitness and coaching around my experience in surfing, mixed martial arts, crossfit, strength & conditioning, triathlons and training with professional athletes (olympic and national rugby & BMX athletes).
I have coached a range of athletes from kids and school sports teams to professional athletes. Whether I am running group fitness or 1-on-1 personal training sessions, I have found that there is always something new to learn, that fit people are happy people and that life is better when you are moving. My goal is to enable others to be better at moving, lifting, running, squatting or just helping them fall in love with exercise again and maybe even for the first time.
