When I first began my fitness journey, I was very overweight and hated the feeling of not being comfortable in social situations.
So, I knew it was time to make a change. I have gone from being overweight to being very skinny and malnourished, therefore I have been on both sides of the spectrum. As soon as I could, I got certified as a personal trainer, so I can transform my clients lives for the better. I make it my goal to help others achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle, while also helping them to experience what their bodies are truly capable of.
