Being actively involved in all aspects of the fitness industry for the past 15 years, has allowed me to develop a unique, effective and specific understanding of training methods. I have seen, learnt and taught a wide variety of fitness methods which allow me to effectively modify and adjust training programs for most population groups.
I have an insatiable appetite for continued learning and understating of the human body, and how it responds to physical and mental stimulus. From experiences in my own life and working with a wealth of amazing allied health professionals I believe I have acquired the skills to be the trainer that can (and will) break down the barriers standing between you and your goals. My goal is to educate and assist you in achieving your goals in a safe and effective way.
