Sport has always been a key part of my life, especially football.
As a youth player, I played for a Championship football academy in England, and more recently have playing experience in Spain and professionally in the Philippine Premier League. Currently I play in the second division here in Australia (National Premier League).
My passion for competing in sport at the highest level possible has sought me to seek improvement in all areas of health and fitness. I therefore studied Sport and Exercise Science at University, completing modules in Fitness and Training, Kinesiology and Biomechanics. After which I studied for a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, learning about diet, supplements and the immune system. I am therefore able to help you in terms of physical conditioning and nutrition to increase performance, or simply lead a healthier, more active lifestyle.
During my studies I worked as a Sport Scientist at a former English Premier League club focusing on GPS analysis, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation with elite level athletes. Since graduation I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach with a range of athletes and clients. I continue to study current research journals regarding exercise, health and fitness whilst learning from other professionals in order to help you improve, whatever your goal!
