Steve’s 20 years in the fitness industry has armed him with a wealth of knowledge and experience. His primary role and niche is weight-loss (reducing body fat) and muscle toning.
As a qualified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) Steve guides his clients to achieve and maintain a better state of fitness. Supporting people on a number of different levels, relating to the development of new capabilities and beliefs and even a sense of identity.

I went to Steve under different circumstances than usual for my training, due to the fact that I was suffering from a whiplash injury caused by a car accident.
