I have been involved in the Fitness industry for over 25yrs with Muay Thai Kickboxing my primary focus, representing Australia in the world tiltes in Bangkok Thailand.
The experience I have gained throughout the years from competing at the highest level has given me the skills and knowledge to help my clients get the best possible results whilst providing them with the skills and attributes to increase not only their fitness but also their self confidence.

When I started at Surge a couple of years ago I had an assessment and I was asked what my goals were. I said I wanted to run the City2Surf and today I did it. Not only did I run the City2Surf, I ran the 12 km, something that I never thought I would be able to do I decided early this year that this would be the year, so I spoke to Rolf who I started having Personal Training sessions with twice a week and with him I have trained hard using strength, cardio, boxing and even kickboxing. Rolf trains within your limits and knowing when to give you a heavier weight or make you go that bit further or faster. His training is great fun an I always feel like I have worked as hard as I could. I am probably the fittest I have ever been and having now lost 14 kg in weight feel so much better.
