Fitness Background

My earliest memory was when I was about 4 years old and my older brother and childhood hero was about to leave the house. I asked him "Michael where are you going?" to which he replied "to the gym Nick" - I think asked "can I come?".

Since that time I have been lucky enough to come across a multitude of skills, techniques and learning's which have helped many people, including myself. Whether you are looking to know the right foods to eat in order to speed up your metabolism or do the right training at the right time to get the right result.
