Fitness Background
In 2004 I started my career in fitness. I started as a Group Fitness Instructor, 6 months later I then moved into Personal Training. I have a passion for training and believe that the correct training has the potential to help every individual become the pest person they can be - both physically and mentally.
Personal Training Sessions are aimed to provide you with the motivation and self-confidence to push your limits and help you to achieve your goals as safely and effectively as possible, while continuously learning new components of fitness.
Personal Training is for everyone, you DON'T have to be fit to get started - all you need is a positive attitude and the drive to want to change your life for the better. Whether you have 30mins, 45mins or 1hour to train - my focus is to work closely and specifically on your individual training needs.
Dietary advice is also an option offered if you need direction and focus on your eating plan. I also offer appraisal sessions in which we use measurements and testing to monitor your results and life coaching sessions to increase your positive areas of your life and decrease the negative areas.
