Fitness Background
Since I can remember, Health & Fitness has been a major part of my life. As a child I played every sport I could, ranging from dancing and netball to hockey and footy. At 13, I took up Muay Thai Kickboxing and trained competitively for 8 years.
Muay Thai taught me internal motivation, discipline and inner confidence, along with many other traits that have stayed with me, helping me to become the person and trainer that I am today.
After years of training myself, close friends and family, I decided to take the next step and become qualified to help people like yourself, to create and reach their weight loss and fitness goals!
