Our trainers provide a complete fitness appraisal before commencing any program, which includes a full medical screening (including blood pressure), full fat measurement (including Vo2 Max, Body Fat and Flexibility Testing) and an in-depth discussion on goal setting to ensure that both you and your trainer are held accountable to each other to maximise your results. A personalised program is developed around your specific goals which, together with on-going monthly appraisals, allow us to monitor and record your progress all results and charts are e-mailed to you too.
Meet The Team
All of our trainers are fully qualified with certificate III and IV, Senior First Aid and carry complete public indemnity insurance. Additionally, individual trainers carry specific qualifications ranging from strength training through to sports rehabilitation and even University Degrees in Sports Science and Occupational Therapy.
