Our dedicated body building facility is separated by privacy walls from the main gym floor and has been specifically designed to offer members an unparalleled strength facility in Australasia to maximise strength and muscular gains.
Our free weights section is fully loaded with a compliment of dumbbells (up to 85kg) and other body building equipment to help maximise your workout. We are also the only facility on the continent to install the full range of Strive Plate Loaded Equipment which utilises their revolutionary Smart Strength system to allow you to work previously neglected parts of the muscle.
